Capri has always been and still is one of the world capitals for the high society.
From the "dolce vita" in the Fifties to the modern red carpets, the island has always been a popular destination for artists and celebrities. Just walk by night in the main streets or stop at the Piazzetta.
However, Capri offers much more than this: archeological sites and natural beauty amaze everyone. The Augustus Gerden is a botanical garden from where you can enjoy a great view on the Solaro Mount, the Marina Piccola bay, the Via Krupp and the famous Faraglioni rocks. The Phoenician Steps (Scala Fenicia) are steep stone stairs between Capri and Anacapri, Via Krupp is one of the most famous streets in Capri connecting the historic centre with Marina Piccola.
Vialla Jovis is located on the west cliff of the island, in a strategic position. From its sublime position you can see Ischia, Procida, the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrento Peninsula and the Gulf of Salerno with the Cilento coastal towns.
